• You become our employee from day one - we provide you with a permanent contract. Your compensation package includes a tariff salary, competency bonus and production bonus. We provide overtime, weekend and night shift allowances above the legislation limit.
• You can use comfortable bus transportation from more than 30 stops around Nitra resting on the way to and from work.
• If you decide to commute on your own we'll provide you with a 60 EUR monthly allowance to use other transportation.

• After 12 months of continuous service, you will receive an annual bonus of 200 EUR as a regeneration and training allowance.
