Erin has recently completed the Hardware and Mechatronics pathway graduate scheme. In this time she has contributed massively to the women in engineering community at JLR.

Katie joined JLR in July as an Undergrad and appreciates the fact she has been given a good amount of responsibility even after only a few months.

Manufacturing undergrad Ahmed tells us about his time at JLR so far. Joining back in July he has already been given responsibilities he’d never imagined at this stage in his career.
Chloe has gained a Masters degree whilst on her apprenticeship that she has been able to put to use in the workplace. As well as playing an important part in many extra curriculum groups at JLR.
Ipek’s typical day consists of coding, testing and studying new methods. She was pleasantly surprised by the amount of social opportunities there are at JLR for graduates.
