If you’re uploading your CV, make sure everything is clear, concise and correct with no typos or spelling mistakes. Tailor it to bring out the experience most relevant for the position. And highlight your key achievements in previous roles, job titles alone won’t provide the detail we’re looking for.
Make sure you’re somewhere quiet and that your mobile phone is fully charged. Be prepared to give us a brief overview that shows how your experience meets our criteria. And remember to ask us questions too! This chat is all about seeing if we’re the right fit.
Your invitation email will contain information about what to expect on the day, including the type of interview and any activities you'll be doing at your assessment. Plan your journey well and dress to impress because first impressions matter. Make sure you bring with you anything we've asked for.
These interviews will look for how you demonstrate Jaguar Land Rover's core behaviours. When answering such questions, always remember to set the scene. Describe what you did, how you went about it and what the outcome was. Show how you solved the problem or improved the situation, and what you learned as a result.
These focus on your current technical knowledge and skills, and examine how they are relevant to the role.
If you're asked to present, we'll either give you a topic in advance (usually five working days) or on the day but with some preparation time. You'll need to use that time to gather reliable information and prepare an insightful and engaging presentation. Make sure your response meets the brief and draws on personal experience wherever possible.
While we hope you've found all the answers you're looking for within this site, we realise that there are a few questions that don't naturally fall within any of the sections. But if you need to contact the recruitment team, feel free to email us at talent@jaguarlandrover.com
