Our strong heritage in engineering means you’re best placed to achieve the exceptional. And right now, we’re putting more energy than ever into reimagining the future. It makes for meaningful work that’s always evolving in an environment that is collaborative, open, diverse and dynamic.
We achieve the exceptional through curiosity, creativity and precision engineering. The best minds get us there. Those who question every tiny aspect of the manufacturing process in their pursuit of creating innovations that move people.
The scale of our knowledge and expertise informs our ambition. And the opportunity to take us even further, and faster, is unlimited. Our Engineering undergraduates get to define modern luxury design that is better for the planet. So, we invest in them with an ever-evolving range of training and technology, wrapped up in a collaborative approach to developing their skills and knowledge where career development is decided in consultation.
Here, you’ll get to put your theory into practice on real-life projects. You’ll start to build a professional network that is as supportive as it is social: there’s a wealth of expertise to share and a willingness to help each other learn. And from the start, you’ll be guided to make sure you get out as much as you put in.
There are several skill-pathways within the undergraduate engineering scheme. Each role has certain entry requirements and involves a variety of work across many teams and functions within JLR. You can only apply for one pathway – so choose carefully.
