Our Reimagine programme is transforming every part of our business. It’s rethinking how we design and deliver the next generation of sustainable luxury cars and everything that goes into them. And its driving change and breaking new ground in every part of every process.
The world has recently entered a period of low stability and high unpredictability, creating new challenges for complex international supply chains like those in JLR's value chain. In reinventing our end-to-end supply chain capability and performance, our pioneering people are using advanced digital tools to bring together a global network of 1,000 suppliers in the most connected way possible to achieve one thing: delivering awe-inspiring vehicles on-time, flexibly and competitively. This has led to a huge revolution in thought and practise, with supply chain planning, resilience and sustainability now at the forefront of many of the most exciting digital innovations being developed. This complex ecosystem of new technologies and ideas creates fantastic opportunities for talented apprentices to learn fast, champion change and establish a career where you are challenged to think differently every single day.
